As you provide us with your personal information, please keep in mind that Young Decision Makers / Centre for Excellence in Youth Engagement ensures that the information you enter into our database is secure and protected.
We collect your information for the following purposes:
- Discussion forum registration
- Research / follow-up research and evaluation
- Ordering and delivery of new products / Information regarding new products
- Receiving newsletters, updates, new opportunities, and annual reports
By submitting us your personal information, you are giving us permission to retain this data for contacting reasons.
Rest assured that your information is confidential and would not be distributed or sold to any third party.
Exceptions:
We are obligated to share your information to a third party:
1. If you disclose that any child under the age of 16 years is being abused or is currently at risk of being abused, the information must be reported to a local child welfare agency by law.
2. If a child discloses that he/she is planning to kill him/herself, we must get him/her help.
3. If a child discloses that he/she has endangered the life of someone, or is about to do so, proper authorities must be contacted.
